Calvin Chetty is a result driven and commercially astute executive with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across Africa, consistently delivering transformational growth and operational excellence. With a proven record of full P&L accountability, he has successfully scaled and led divisions of 9,000+ employees and driven profitability increases of up to 700% across multi country portfolios.

Specializing in business transformation, new-market expansion, and high-level stakeholder engagement with governments and regulators, Calvin has built a reputation as a turnaround specialist who consistently converts underperforming operations into profitable, high growth enterprises. His leadership integrates forward thinking strategies in digital transformation, ESG, and AI, eliminating waste, reducing costs, and unlocking new revenue streams.

Academically grounded with an undergraduate degree and an MBA, Calvin is currently completing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, bringing both academic rigor and practical innovation to the organisation. He offers shareholders a rare combination of deep operational expertise, visionary strategy, and a strong track record of building sustainable, scalable, and profitable organizations across emerging and established markets.

Oko is an accomplished stakeholder strategist and business development leader with extensive expertise in managing large-scale partnerships, government relations, and community engagement. He has successfully spearheaded national rollouts of learner management systems across 54 countries, delivered enterprise technology solutions for global brands including Toyota, Woolworths, and Services SETA, and established mining ventures focused on community rehabilitation and long-term sustainability.

Fluent in English, isiXhosa, and isiZulu, Oko is uniquely positioned to bridge corporate, government, and community agendas, creating partnerships that are both impactful and sustainable. He brings a proven capability in leading youth empowerment initiatives, including programmes such as YES for Youth, where he is driving the development of agent networks and employment pathways for young people.

In addition to his corporate and developmental leadership, Oko holds a BA in Motion Picture and directed the award-winning film Somagwaza, reflecting both his creative vision and ability to inspire diverse audiences. 

He combines cultural fluency, entrepreneurial drive, and a commitment to social impact, making him a strategic leader in building partnerships that deliver measurable business growth and community value.
